1. Definitions
- App refers to Word Zenith or other apps developed and provided by Gamonix Studios.
- Company (referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) means Vapronix’s Apps, located at A-109, 1st Floor, Tower A, Ithum, A-40, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.
- User (referred to as “You” or “Your”) means any individual who downloads, installs, or plays Word Zenith.
- Service means the games or apps like Word Zenith, its features, and functionalities.
- Content means any text, images, graphics, gameplay, levels, puzzles, or other material made available within the app.
2. Privacy and Data Usage
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
- You consent to the collection and processing of limited data necessary for app functionality, analytics, and in-app purchases.
- Parents or guardians must provide consent for users under the digital age of consent applicable in their country.
3. End User License Agreement (EULA)
Gamonix Studios grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and play the App on your personal device.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app.
- The app is licensed, not sold. Ownership of all game content remains with the Company.
- Any violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without notice.
4. In-App Purchases
- Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases such as coin packs, hints, or special game items.
- Purchases are billed through your Apple App Store/Google Play account and are subject to their payment terms.
- All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or if granted by the platform’s policy.
- You are responsible for managing in-app purchases on your device (e.g., parental controls, spending limits).
5. Objectionable Content & User Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or misuse. Users must not:
- Share, or attempt to distribute offensive, illegal, or harmful content through any feature of the game.
- Engage in cheating, hacking, or modifying the game to gain unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Violation may lead to suspension, ban, or reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in Word Zenith—including game design, puzzles, artwork, logos, and trademarks—belong to the Company. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately end.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Gamonix’s apps are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, purchases, or gameplay progress.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
9. Governing Law and Legal Compliance
The governing law of these Terms and your use of Word Zenith or other apps developed by Gamonix Studios will be determined by the laws of the Country, excluding any conflict of law principles. Your use of the application may also be subject to additional local, state, national, or international laws, depending on your place of residence.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our apps, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at [email protected] before pursuing formal legal action.
For Users in the European Union (EU)
If you are an EU consumer, you are entitled to rely on the mandatory provisions of the law applicable in the country where you live.
U.S. Legal Compliance
By using our apps, you confirm that:
- (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist-supporting” country; and
- (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the provision shall be modified to reflect its original intent to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
- Waiver: Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. Waiving one breach does not waive any future breaches.
